Natural lemon oil, 30 ml
Give doughs, creams and fillings a natural citrus note that spreads evenly without changing the consistency. What is it suitable for? For buttercream, vanilla cream, toppings and sauces as well as for cake and cupcake batters, ice cream or chocolate ganache. Pure lemon oil provides an authentic aroma and subtle coloring - even when baking. How is it used? Prepare the desired mixture and mix in up to 2 g per 100 g; taste and adjust to taste. A little more is recommended for baking temperatures above 200 degrees, as heat reduces the aroma. Thanks to its oil-based consistency, it spreads evenly in all batters and does not make them more liquid.
