Drip cake glaze black, 300 g
What is Drip Cake Frosting suitable for? For decorative drips and an even finish on cakes and coated cakes. How is it used? Place the bottle without the lid in the microwave for 30 seconds at 800 watts, then close it again and knead well. Then heat for 20 seconds, knead again and repeat at 10-second intervals until the icing is completely liquid. Alternatively, place the bottle upright in a hot (not boiling) water bath for 10 minutes, knead thoroughly and heat for a further 5 minutes if necessary. Then apply the glaze directly thanks to the narrow opening and allow it to run down the edge. Then decorate as desired with meringues, broken chocolate, fruit, flowers, macarons or sprinkles. Important: never heat above 50 °C and do not add water to the bottle. Simply reseal any leftover icing in the bottle with the integrated cap, store in a cool, dry place and reheat several times if necessary.
