With this large angel mold, you can create biscuits, fondant and marzipan decorations with an even look. What is the mold suitable for? For sweet or savory doughs as well as for cake decorations - also ideal for baking with children. The angel cutter, 20.5 cm is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher-safe. How is it used? Lightly flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold, roll out the dough and cut out the motifs; place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. When rolled out thinly, the biscuits will be crispy; for a softer consistency and a nice embossing, a dough thickness of approx. 0.5 cm is recommended. The angel cutter, 20.5 cm can also be used to make fondant or marzipan figures to decorate your cakes. After baking, you can decorate the biscuits with royal icing, icing, chocolate or sprinkles.
