A heavenly motif for festive biscuits, decorations and small gifts. What is the shape suitable for? The angel cookie cutter is 6 cm tall and is suitable for savory and sweet doughs as well as fondant or marzipan - ideal for the Christmas cookie plate or a harmonious table decoration. How is it used? Flour the work surface, rolling pin and tin, roll out the dough as thinly as you like or approx. 0.5 cm thick, cut out the figures, place them on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. For crispy biscuits, roll out the dough thinly; leave it a little thicker for softer results. After baking, you can decorate the angels with royal icing, icing or chocolate. The large angel cookie cutter can be easily rinsed under running water or cleaned in the dishwasher after use - so it is quickly ready for use again.
