This stainless steel cutter is suitable for any biscuit dough, whether sweet or savory, and neatly shapes angel motifs. What is it ideal for? For classic cookie dough, fondant or marzipan - also perfect for cake decorations. How is it used? Flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold, roll out the dough and cut out the motifs. For a nice embossing, we recommend a dough thickness of about 0.5 cm; for a crispier texture, roll it out thinly. Bake the biscuits at 200 °C until golden brown. Royal icing is suitable for decorating; color it with ProGel colors if desired and apply it after it has cooled - sprinkles adhere particularly well to it. The cutter is dishwasher-safe and therefore quickly ready for use again. The angel cutter, 7.5 cm makes baking together even more varied - and the angel cutter, 7.5 cm adds pretty accents to cakes and gateaux.
