With the large flying angel cookie cutter (stainless steel), you can create heavenly biscuits and fondant or marzipan decorations in no time at all. The stainless steel cutter cuts cleanly, creates fine contours and is dishwasher-safe. The shape is perfect for different types of dough, fondant and marzipan. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and shape lightly with flour before use. Roll out the dough thinly or to a thickness of around 0.5 cm. For a clearly visible embossing, 0.5 cm is recommended. Cut out the motifs and bake the biscuits at 200 °C until golden brown. We recommend using cold butter for a stable dough. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes as soon as it becomes too sticky or too warm. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing, icing or tempered chocolate. After use, the cutters can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
