With the gingerbread man cutter, 21 cm, you can shape even figures from dough, fondant or marzipan in no time at all. The shape is perfect for sweet and savoury dough. Lightly dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and shape with flour before use. Roll out the dough thinly or about 0.5 cm thick. For softer biscuits, we recommend a thickness of 0.5 cm. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. For a stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this holds the dough together. If necessary, place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes if it becomes too sticky or too warm. Once baked and cooled, the biscuits can be decorated with royal icing, food colouring or sprinkles as desired. The tin is also suitable for decorating with fondant or marzipan. Roll out the mixture with a little baking starch and a rolling pin and cut out the motifs. After use, the cookie cutter can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher.
