The 11 cm stainless steel cutter is suitable for various types of dough as well as fondant and marzipan. How is it used? Roll out the dough as thinly as you wish (for crispy biscuits) or approx. 0.5 cm thick (for softer results), flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and shape and cut out the contours cleanly. Using the giraffe cutter, place the blanks on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Tip: Cold butter is suitable for kneading dough; if the dough becomes sticky, chill it briefly in the fridge. What else can the tin be used for? Decorate cooled biscuits with icing, food coloring or royal icing, or cut out decorative elements from fondant and marzipan for cakes. To clean, rinse the stainless steel mold under running water or put it in the dishwasher - so the giraffe cookie cutter is quickly ready for use again.
