Cat cookie cutter with ejector

With this playful cat cookie cutter, you can conjure up adorable biscuits for cat fans in no time at all. The inner embossing draws ears, whiskers and the curled tail directly into the dough, and the practical ejector removes the motif cleanly from the mold. The mould is 5 cm in size and is suitable for classic butter biscuits, Milanese biscuits, gingerbread and pointed biscuits as well as for fondant, marzipan and flower paste. The cat cutter is particularly popular for children's birthdays, cat-themed parties, as a topper on cupcakes, cake pops and muffins or as a motif for birthday cakes. The cutter can also be used for festive aperitifs and children's buffets. Cheese slices, sausage leaves or puff pastry flakes can be turned into playful cat bites that add an original touch to aperitif platters and sandwich buffets. Carrot or cucumber slices in the shape of cats are a hit on children's plates. Use baker's starch instead of flour when dusting the work surface and the mould. The fine starch glides better, absorbs less moisture from the dough and leaves no visible marks when baking. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out the cats, press the stamping button once or twice and lift the dough onto the baking tray lined with baking paper by pressing again. Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven until golden brown, temperature and baking time according to the recipe. Two things are crucial when working with embossing. Roll out the dough evenly, because if it is too thick, the embossing will be flat and if it is too thin, the motif will be brittle. If the dough sticks when you cut it out, it is too warm and needs to be cooled briefly. Kneaded dough requires cold butter. After cooling, decorate the cats with royal icing, icing or tempered chocolate. The embossing serves as a perfect guide for the lines with the cornet. Two sugar pearls as eyes, a pink nose and fine whiskers make the cat look particularly lively. The cutter is made of plastic and is quickly ready for use in the dishwasher. A loving helper for all cat fans in the bakery.
