Shape detailed goose motifs from dough, fondant or marzipan in no time at all - precisely and cleanly thanks to the integrated and internal embossing. The goose cutter embosses fine contours as you cut them out; the embossing remains clearly visible even after baking. The goose is approx. 5 cm long and approx. 7 cm wide. What is the tool suitable for? For biscuits made from various doughs, whether savory or sweet, as well as for fondant and marzipan decorations. How is it used? Roll out the dough thinly or approx. 0.5 cm thick, dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and tin with flour or baking starch, cut out the motifs and press once or twice so that the contours are retained and the biscuits are placed neatly on the tray; bake at 200 °C until golden brown. After baking, the biscuits can be decorated with food coloring pens, royal icing, chocolate or sugar pearls. The cookie cutter with goose is made of food-safe, sturdy polypropylene; it is best cleaned immediately after use under warm running water and is also dishwasher-safe.
