This high-yield gel colorant in elegant dark green intensively colors masses without changing the consistency. What is it suitable for? For macaron dough, cake fillings, buttercream, biscuit and sponge dough, royal icing and for coloring fondant, flower paste, marzipan and modelling chocolate. With the Progel Sea Green gel colors, you can create elegant macarons, bright fondant flowers or a shiny glaze. How is it used? Prepare your mixture or knead it in advance, add a dab of color with a small spoon and mix thoroughly. If the color is still too pale, add a little more until the desired intensity is achieved. To paint, pour some paint onto a plate, mix with a second color if necessary, apply with a brush to fondant or marzipan, for example, and allow to dry briefly. Gel colors can be easily mixed together, the consistency remains the same. Disposable gloves are recommended when coloring fondant, as the paste stains strongly. Not suitable for airbrush and couverture. The Progel Sea Green gel colors are very economical - a small dab is usually enough.
