Flamingo cookie cutter 7.5 cm, stainless steel

The flamingo cutter measures 7.5 cm and is perfect for different types of dough such as Milanese dough, shortcrust pastry and fondant or marzipan decorations for cakes, cupcakes or muffins. Roll out the dough as thinly as you like, dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter lightly with flour and cut out the motifs. When rolled out thinly, the dough becomes crispy, at approx. 0.5 cm it remains softer. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Cold butter is recommended for doughs, as it gives the dough stability. If the dough becomes soft or sticky, place it briefly in the fridge. Glaze or royal icing is suitable for decorating. If coloured with food colouring and then applied with a brush, the biscuits can be personalized as desired. The cutter can simply be cleaned under running water or in the dishwasher.
