Pastries taste even better with the alligator cutter. The cutter measures 8 cm and is suitable for various types of dough, fondant and marzipan as well as for cakes, cupcakes and muffins. Thanks to the internal embossing, your biscuits are cut out directly with clear contours, which makes decorating with royal icing particularly easy. Make sure that the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter are lightly dusted with flour before use so that the dough does not tear during processing. For optimum visibility of the embossed contours, the dough should be rolled out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm so that the biscuits look even more attractive after baking. Bake the biscuits at 200 °C until golden brown. After use, the cutters can simply be placed in the dishwasher and are then quickly ready for use again.
