Thanks to the integrated ejector, the motif is created in no time at all, as the contours are embossed as you cut them out. The cutter is ideal for biscuits, cake decorations, cupcakes and muffins. To use, roll out the dough to a thickness of around 0.5 cm and lightly dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold with flour or baking starch. Then cut out the owl, press the embossing button once or twice and remove the motif cleanly from the mold. The pre-embossed lines also make it easier to decorate with royal icing, which can be colored as desired and dried well after application. We recommend using cold butter for kneading dough. If the dough becomes soft, a short cooling helps. After use, the cutter can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher.
