Practical set for assembly, presentation and safe transportation of light to heavy, even multi-tiered cakes. The set combines a white box (35.5 x 35.5 x 15 cm) with a round, extra strong, silver cake plate (Ø 35.5 cm). What is the set suitable for? For the stable carrying, stacking and stylish presentation of your cake; the embossed plate made of food-safe cardboard is covered with tear-resistant aluminum foil and retains its shape thanks to the coating. How is it used? First layer your cake on thin cardboard bases, chill them and then place them on the final plate. As a guideline, we recommend a 2 cm edge all around; example: for a 26 cm diameter, choose a 30 cm plate. For tiered cakes, 3-4 cake sticks per tier are sufficient for stabilization. A dab of buttercream, ganache or jam under the cake fixes it to the aluminum surface. The plate fits snugly in the box so that nothing slips; secure the lid additionally with a ribbon around the box. The set is not reusable. The set is just as reliable for transportation as it is for elegant presentation.
