With this mold, you can create two detailed little mice that stand hand in hand - ideal for Easter nests, cellophane bags or as an original gift all year round. Use: Before use, clean the mold with lukewarm water and a mild detergent without lye or rinse aid, rinse well, dry thoroughly and do not touch the inner surfaces again; then polish with lint-free absorbent cotton. Only use high-quality, tempered couverture and make sure that no water gets into the chocolate. For details, apply make-up from the outside in with colored cocoa butter or tempered couverture; white couverture can be colored with fat-soluble powder colors, for beige, mix 1/3 milk couverture with 2/3 white couverture. Once everything is slightly set, brush the entire mold with the desired couverture, turning occasionally so that no air bubbles remain, and pull off the edges with the metal horn. Stick the halves together, secure them with the clips provided, fill the mold, tap against the edge, allow excess to run out and repeat the process if necessary for more wall thickness; then chill for 2-5 minutes. For the base, spread some couverture on baking paper, press the chilled mold into it and chill for 10-15 minutes; remove the clamps, chill again, break off the excess base and carefully unmold the figure. Then decorate with fondant or sugar decorations as desired and wrap elegantly. The chocolate mold helps you to create a charming figure with clear contours and beautiful details.
