What is the mold suitable for? For molding up to 8 lollipops per run from tempered couverture. The lollipop chocolate mold is made of food-safe plastic and measures 20 x 30 cm. The finished lollipops are approx. 5 cm long, 7.5 cm wide and 0.9 cm high; around 28-30 g of chocolate is recommended per piece. How is it used? Place lollipop sticks (Ø 4 mm, max. 13 cm; not included) in the cavities provided, pour in the tempered chocolate, tap the mold lightly on the work surface and chill for 10-15 minutes until the lollipops release easily.the chocolate mold can also be decorated creatively: Spray or brush in thin coats of cocoa butter, allow to dry and then pour. For a surprising effect, pop sugar can be mixed directly with the couverture or sprinkled on top. Clean with warm water and mild washing-up liquid before and after use; not dishwasher-safe.
