Are you looking for a simple decoration for your cupcakes? Here is the enchanted cream that is truly magical.
This light and creamy cream will be ready in minutes and perfect for decorating cupcakes or cakes.
With its white color you could color it endlessly. It has a slight vanilla taste but any other flavor can be put inside.
Preparation for 1 portion: Mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add flavoring as desired. The cream is suitable as a filling or for decoration and can be used directly. Prepared cream can be stored for up to 5-6 days in the fridge, stir a little before reuse. If desired, milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) can be added. A portion of Enchanted Cream can be used to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake (diameter 25cm) or to decorate between 24 and 30 cupcakes.
If you wish to keep the cream out of the fridge, we advise you to prepare it only with water.
