The tart set in Ø 12 cm is the complete tool for patisserie results at home. This prevents moisture bubbles in the dough and the bases remain crispy golden brown. The silicone moulds are suitable for the oven and freezer. They are suitable for creams, mousses, fruit masses or ganache. Once frozen, the toppings can be easily removed from the mould. Velvet Spray for a velvet effect, Mirror Glaze for a reflective sheen or a couverture coating are suitable for finishing. To clean the silicone moulds, place them in warm rinsing water for 5-10 minutes before first use. Then allow to drain. Greasing is not necessary thanks to the non-stick properties.
