The plastic bowl with a capacity of 4 liters is part of the basic equipment in every bakery and kitchen. It supports the preparation, mixing, kneading, proofing and storage of a wide variety of mixes. The transparent design has the practical advantage that the contents are visible at all times, ideal for monitoring the proofing progress of a dough or checking the filling level and consistency at a glance.
