Siliconized baking release papers make baking and freezing easier: Baked goods release reliably without additional fat, and the sheets can be used several times with minimal soiling. What is it suitable for? For biscuits, crispy bread, chips and cake bases. How is it used? Prepare the dough according to the recipe, place cut-out biscuits, puff pastries or shaped loaves directly on top; place the cake ring on a piece of paper, fill with sponge or shortcrust pastry and bake. After baking, transfer to a wire rack; for an even sponge cake, place a second tray lined with paper on top and turn over to obtain a flatter surface. For later consumption, the cookies can be frozen directly on the paper; they freeze particularly quickly when placed on the paper, then pack them in an airtight bag or box - for up to three months, depending on the recipe. Baking paper 40 x 30 cm, offers reliable protection thanks to its high greaseproofing and, if it is not very dirty, can simply be shaken out and used again. With the baking paper, you can bake flexibly up to 220 °C - without greasing.
