This olive green color paste brings intense, even tones to doughs, creams and sugar masses - without changing their consistency. What is it suitable for? For macaron dough, cake fillings, buttercream, biscuit and sponge dough, royal icing and for coloring fondant, flower paste, marzipan, modelling paste and even modelling chocolate. How is it used? Prepare your mixture, add a small dab with a spoon and mix thoroughly; if the shade is still too pale, add in small increments. With the gel color Progel Olive Green, you can color fine macarons, fondant flowers or a shiny glaze; the color spreads very well, pre-mixing is not necessary. Ideally, you should wear disposable gloves when kneading fondant, as the paste can stain heavily.Want to paint instead of coloring? Put a little color on a small plate, mix in a second if necessary and apply it to the fondant or marzipan with a brush; then leave to dry briefly. Gel colors can easily be mixed with each other - so you can achieve the exact shade you want. Not suitable for airbrushing or couverture. The Progel Olive Green gel colors are very economical: a small dab is usually enough.
