Add fresh mint tones to your baking creations - strong and rich. What is the color suitable for? You can intensively color macaron dough, cake fillings, buttercream, cookie and sponge dough as well as royal icing without changing the consistency and easily mix it with fondant, flower paste, marzipan or modeling chocolate. With the gel color Progel Mint Green, you can create macarons, colored fondant flowers or a mint-colored glaze as desired. How is it used? Put a small dab on a spoon, work it into the finished or pre-kneaded mixture and mix well; if necessary, add more in small increments - the color spreads very well and evenly. To paint, add a little color to a small plate, mix with other shades as desired and apply with a brush to fondant or marzipan, for example; then allow to dry briefly. The Progel Mint Green gel colors are high-yielding; disposable gloves are recommended when coloring fondant. Not suitable for airbrush and couverture.
