The Colour Mill Set provides you with six highly concentrated shades for baking and confectionery projects. The special oil-blend formula spreads optimally in high-fat preparations, as water-based ingredients have been replaced by oils. Compared to gel colors, the mixture uses the fats in your baked goods, resulting in rich, even tones that do not fade so quickly. A micro-milling process ensures grain-free and streak-free colors. What is the set suitable for? For buttercream, Swiss meringue, cake batter, ganache, chocolate, sugar masses as well as flower, gum and modeling pastes, marzipan, icing, isomalt, piping gel and cake icing mixtures. How is it used? Shake the bottle well, then dose minimally: ideally with the end of a cocktail stick or via the dosing cap. Thanks to its high concentration, just a tiny drop is enough. Mix, wait briefly and only then add more, as the color develops over time. Can be thinned with alcohol if necessary; drying then takes longer. UV-resistant, fade-resistant and bake-proof. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Differences in bottle weight are due to pigment; all bottles are filled to the brim.
