Colour Mill oil-based colorant Raspberry, 100 ml. The oil-based food coloring spreads evenly in high-fat masses and ensures intensive, streak-free color results that do not fade. What is it suitable for? Ideal for buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugar masses; also for flower and modeling pastes, marzipan, icing, isomalt and more. How is it used? Shake well before use, dose sparingly (e.g. with the end of a cocktail stick or via the dosing lid) and allow the mixture to rest briefly, as the color develops over time. Thanks to the high concentration, just a tiny drop is enough to create strong tones. The special oil-blend formula uses the fats contained in butter, eggs and chocolate for even distribution; the micro-milled pigment supports a clean, streak-free finish. The Colour Mill Raspberry oil-based dye can be diluted with alcohol if required; this extends the drying time, but the color lasts longer. UV and fade resistant and bakeproof. Store in a cool, dry place, protect from sunlight. Note: Pigments differ in weight, so the bottle weight may vary - each bottle is filled to the brim and the color strength is the same.
