Give doughs, creams and fillings a natural pistachio note that is evenly distributed and does not change the consistency. The naturally extracted aroma has an authentic effect and provides a subtle coloring - ideal for buttercream, vanilla cream, toppings, sauces, cake and cupcake batter, ice cream or chocolate ganache. What is it suitable for? Use the pistachio flavoring to create delicious cakes, tarts, tarts, macarons and desserts with a pleasant pistachio note. How is it used? Prepare your desired mixture and add up to 3 g of flavoring per 100 g, mix well and season to taste. For doughs or fillings that are baked at over 200 °C, add a little more generously. The pistachio flavouring, 50 ml, can also be used in baking to flavour not only creams and sauces, but also doughs and baked fillings.
