Roll out the dough as desired: thin for crispy results, approx. 0.5 cm for softer biscuits. Flour your work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold so that nothing sticks or tears. Place the cut-out shapes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. To decorate, mix royal icing or sugar icing, color with food coloring as desired and apply to the cooled biscuits with a brush or cornet; sprinkle decorations as desired, then leave to dry. The stainless steel cookie cutter can be rinsed under running water or easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
