A small crescent moon brings heavenly biscuits and decorative cake details to the table all year round. What is it suitable for? For different types of pastry as well as fondant or marzipan; the 4-cm shape has no awkward corners - ideal for children too. How is it used? Lightly flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold, roll out the dough, cut out and place the pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper. A thinly rolled out dough will be crispy; for softer biscuits, leave the dough approx. 0.5 cm thick and bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown. With the small crescent cookie cutter, you can cut them out cleanly in no time at all. Once cooled, you can decorate with royal icing and color if required; apply with a brush or cornet and leave to dry. The stainless steel cutter can be rinsed under running water or easily cleaned in the dishwasher. You can also use the small crescent cutter for creative decorations made from fondant or marzipan.
