Effortlessly shape crescent-shaped biscuits, fondant and marzipan decorations for any occasion. What is the mold suitable for? For a wide variety of doughs - whether savory or sweet - as well as fondant and marzipan. The large crescent cutter measures 6 cm, has no small edges to stick to and is comfortable to hold - ideal for baking with children. How is it used? Roll out the dough thinly after cooling, flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold and cut out the moons. Roll out thinly for crispy biscuits; leave about 0.5 cm thick for softer biscuits. Bake the shapes at 200 °C until golden brown. Decorate the cooled biscuits with royal icing, icing or chocolate as desired. The large crescent cutter can also be used to make neat cake decorations from fondant or marzipan. Made of stainless steel, the cutter can be rinsed under running water or easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
