Cookie cutter Christmas tree in ring mini

With the Christmas tree cutter in a mini ring, you can create perfect biscuits and cookies for Christmas or occasions with forest motifs. The cutter is ideal for different types of dough, fondant or marzipan. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter with flour before use to prevent the dough from tearing during processing. For a stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this holds the dough together. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes as soon as it becomes too sticky or too warm. A thinly rolled out dough will become crispy after baking. If you prefer your biscuits to be softer, you can roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Now cut out the biscuits and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then bake them in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can decorate them with a royal icing mix. Prepare the icing as described on the packaging. So that the icing does not just remain white, you can color it with ProGel colors. Divide the icing into as many bowls as you want to use colors. One dab of ProGel colors is enough to achieve an intense color. Apply the royal icing to the biscuits with a brush. Finally, you can decorate the biscuits with some sprinkles. After decorating, place the biscuits in a dry place to harden. The cutter can also be used for decorations made from fondant or marzipan. To do this, roll out the fondant or marzipan with a rolling pin and some baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, the cutter can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
