With the snow-covered Christmas tree cookie cutter, 6 cm, you can create wintry biscuits and cake decorations with a clearly embossed Christmas tree motif. The cutter is perfect for different types of dough as well as for fondant and marzipan. The cutter measures 6 × 5.2 × 2 cm and is easy to hold. Roll out the dough with a little flour to a thickness of around 0.5 cm, cut out the motifs and bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. The embossing is particularly effective at a thickness of around 0.5 cm. For a stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this holds the dough together. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes as soon as it becomes too sticky or too warm. After use, the mould can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
