What is it suitable for? For pralines with a straight surface, e.g. pistachio or mocha pralines and classic walnut pralines: Dip the praline in tempered couverture, lift with a trempier fork, tap off excess chocolate and place on baking paper. As soon as the coating sets slightly, dip the tips of the fork in, gently move them back and forth, slowly lift them out and pull the pattern up or down. If the lines disappear, allow the chocolate to set a little more and repeat. The jagged decorating fork is ideal for combining with other decorations - such as a pistachio, a mocha bean or a piece of walnut. How do you achieve clean results? A thin layer of couverture as a base prevents residues on the stamping fork. With the serrated decor praline fork, you can create elegant surfaces and set precise accents.
