With the oil-based food colors from Colour Mill, you can achieve perfect, radiant and exceptionally intense color results for your cakes, chocolate creations and buttercreams. Thanks to the special oil-blend formula, the colors spread particularly evenly in high-fat ingredients such as butter, eggs or sugar. As all water-based ingredients have been removed and replaced with oil-based alternatives, the colors can be optimally combined with the fats and oils contained in your baked goods. In contrast to conventional water-based gel colors, Colour Mill specifically uses the fat content in your recipes to distribute the pigments evenly. This results in impressively vibrant, rich and even colors that do not fade. The colors are produced using a special micro-milling process, which makes them particularly fine and ensures a streak- and grain-free result. The colors are ideal for buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugar masses. You can also use the colors for flower paste, gumpaste, modelling paste, marzipan, cake mixes, pastries, icing, isomalt, piping gel, cake icing mixes and much more. They really come into their own with very fatty applications such as chocolate, in contrast to classic gel colors, which are only suitable for this to a limited extent.
