3D silicone mold ball twist

With the Twist ball silicone mold, you can create impressive 3D balls with an elegant twist. They can be warm, cold, sweet or savory. The silicone ball mold has 6 cavities (Ø 6.2 cm, height 5.5 cm) and is cold and heat resistant from -40 to +230 °C. It is dishwasher-safe. The flexible material enables effortless shaping by simply bending and pulling. Fill the mold with mousse, ice cream or sorbet using a piping bag. Then smooth off the excess and freeze the mixture for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. For the perfect finish, you can use Velvet Spray or Mirror-Glaze. With this mold, you can easily make chocolate cakes, marble or lemon cakes or even cake pop dough. Hearty variations such as cheese and ham dough can also be easily created with this silicone mold. Heat the oven to 180 °C and bake the oven ham dough for around 10-15 minutes. Caution: Silicone gets hot in the oven. Please use oven gloves when removing the silicone mold from the oven. Leave the dough to cool after baking. Only use plastic or silicone cutlery, as knives and sharp objects can damage the mold. Before using for the first time, we recommend a short bath in warm water with a little washing-up liquid. The mold is then ready for use without additional greasing. If necessary, you can degas the mold 1-2 times a year at 200 °C for 4 hours. The resulting white film can be quickly removed with a detergent and water bath. Thanks to its flexibility, the mold can be folded to save space and always returns to its original shape.
