The aluminum tray is wonderfully light yet sturdy enough to safely support even slightly heavier cakes. With the cake tray, you can set up your creation directly on the plate right from the start and place a matching cake ring on top. How is it used? Depending on the procedure, choose a slightly smaller ring if it is to be removed from the outside, or a slightly larger one if the plate is mainly for stability. If necessary, place baking paper on top or place a slice of cake in the ring. The material does not release any flavor into the cake - crispy base, airy sponge, cream fillings or fruit jelly remain unchanged. For cooling, you can easily place the cake and plate in the fridge or freezer; the aluminum can easily withstand low temperatures. Once the cake is ready, it is easy to lift thanks to the low edge. If the tray is smaller than the cake, slide a second, larger tray underneath for transportation and place the cake safely in the freezer. After cooling, place the cake on a rotating cake plate, for example - this makes spreading with cream, buttercream or ganache particularly easy and decorating quicker. What is it suitable for when serving? If the tray is larger than the cake, use a spatula to lift it onto the serving plate; if the tray is smaller, the cake can be served directly on it. The cake can then be briefly cleaned by hand and the cake baking can continue straight away - the cake tray is just as easy to transport as it is to finish professionally.
