Lightweight aluminum ensures stability and remains tasteless - ideal for making, cooling and transporting your cakes. What is it suitable for? For setting up directly on the plate with a cake ring: If you want the ring to remain tangible on the outside, choose a slightly smaller one; if the plate is only for stability, the ring can be slightly larger. If necessary, place baking paper on top or place a slice of cake in the ring. From crispy base and airy sponge to cream filling or fruit jelly - all layers retain their flavor. With the 43 x 32 cm cake tray, you can safely lift the prepared cake and place it in the fridge or freezer with ease; the aluminum can withstand low temperatures without any problems. How is it used? If the cake is larger than the tray, slide a second, larger tray underneath thanks to the low edge and cool on it. After cooling, remove the cake together with the 43 x 32 cm cake tin and place it on a rotating cake plate to spread with cream, buttercream or ganache; then cool again. Shortly before serving, place the cake on a suitable plate: if the tray is larger, use a spatula; if smaller, the cake can be moved with the tray. Then wash briefly by hand and use again immediately.
