For biscuits and cake decorating; the stainless steel design is dishwasher-safe and quickly ready for use again. How is it used? Roll out the dough thinly, flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and tin; roll out thinly for crispy results, leave approx. 0.5 cm thick for softer biscuits, then bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Once cooled, decorate with royal icing, icing or chocolate as desired.
