For classic butter biscuits, crispy or softer cookies and decorative elements for cakes. How is it used? Lightly flour your work surface, hands, rolling pin and shape; roll out the dough thinly for crispy biscuits or about 0.5 cm thick for softer results, cut out, place the shapes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Once the biscuits have cooled, use the lucky pig cutter to decorate them with icing or royal icing; food coloring can be mixed in individually, then leave to dry thoroughly. After use, rinse under running water or clean in the dishwasher so that the mold is quickly ready for use again.
