With the monkey cookie cutter with ejector, you can create detailed monkey motifs with cleanly embossed contours in no time at all. The cutter is ideal for biscuits, fondant and marzipan and is 6 cm in size. The contours are embossed during the cutting process so that they remain clearly visible after baking. It is easy to use. Roll out the dough to a thin layer or about 0.5 cm thick. Dust the work surface, your hands, the rolling pin and the cutter lightly with flour or baking starch and cut out the desired shapes. Carefully place the cut-out pieces on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. Once they have cooled, you can decorate the biscuits as desired with food colouring pens, royal icing, chocolate or sugar pearls. After use, the cutter can be easily cleaned under warm running water. The cutter is also dishwasher-safe and can be used again immediately afterwards.
