With the 6.5 cm mermaid cutter with ejector, you can create detailed mermaid motifs for biscuits, fondant and marzipan in no time at all. The cutter has an integrated ejector and internal embossing so that the contours are already embossed when cutting out. This makes decorating with royal icing much easier. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter with flour or baking starch. Cut out the design, press the embossing button once or twice and release the biscuit at the touch of a button. Then place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C until golden brown.
