This dimensionally stable stainless steel cutter creates a seated fox with fine embossing directly on your baking tray. The embosser presses in fine lines, making it particularly easy to decorate with royal icing. What is the mold suitable for? For all types of cake - whether sweet or savory - as well as for fondant and marzipan; also ideal for decorating cakes, cupcakes and muffins. The classic sitting fox cookie cutter measures approx. 6 cm × 4.5 cm × 2 cm. How is it used? Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, flour the work surface, rolling pin and shape, cut out and bake the biscuits on baking paper until golden brown. The embossing gives the pieces clear lines and can be accentuated with royal icing, icing or chocolate as desired. The cutter is dishwasher-safe and therefore quickly ready for use again.
