With this hemisphere dessert mold set, you can easily create impressive cakes and desserts with a matching chocolate coating. Whether sweet or savory, warm or cold, the set is ideal for a variety of creations such as sponge cake, multi-layered mousse or ice cream cakes. The set includes a baking tin (Ø 14.3 cm, height 7 cm) and a transparent chocolate mold for the perfect shell. The baking tin is temperature-resistant from -60 °C to +180 °C and can be used for both baking and freezing. For optimum results, we recommend lightly greasing the mold when baking and allowing individual layers to set in the freezer for layered desserts. The chocolate shell is made very simply by pouring tempered couverture into the transparent mold. After removing excess chocolate, the shell hardens in the fridge. The process can be repeated for additional stability. Decorative effects can optionally be achieved with cocoa butter colors. The frozen dessert core is then inserted and combined with a little mousse or chocolate. After carefully turning it over, the result is a perfectly formed dessert with a fine chocolate coating, ideal for creative and professional presentations.
