What is it suitable for in everyday life? For rolling out cookie dough, fondant and marzipan and for pouring caramel; the non-stick surface prevents sticking. How is it used? Dust the surface with a little flour or baking starch depending on the dough, cut out shapes directly on it and place biscuits, loaves or buns for the oven; the best results are achieved on a perforated tray or grid. It is better to place the dough on a cutting board for cutting. After baking, baked goods can be frozen directly in the freezer together with the silicone mat; laid out individually, they freeze faster and do not stick together.
