This marzipan is not primarily based on almonds, but on a high proportion of high-quality tree nut kernels, which give it a tart, unmistakable aroma. This special marzipan makes tree nut pralines that no confectionery shop should be without. What is it suitable for? For making tree nut pralines, for decorating cakes and for modeling figurines, flowers or fruit; it is also a delicious treat on its own or as a base for an exceptional tree nut marzipan cake. How is it used? Roll out the marzipan between two rolling pins to the desired thickness and cut out round or slightly oval shapes. Knead the leftovers together again, roll them out and cut out again. Dip the blanks in white couverture, decorate them with half a walnut and dip them in dark chocolate up to the top once they have set. Once this has also set, the chocolates are ready to be packaged, given as gifts or enjoyed. Stamping forks and ganache cutters are suitable for precise work. The grey-brown tree nut marzipan can also be combined well with colored marzipan to create fine decorations.
