Properties & Application
Apply dry: Use a brush to apply directly to Fondant, marzipan, sugar paste or sugar flowers for soft colour gradients and decorative finishes. Apply wet: Mix with an alcohol-based product for a liquid, edible colour with precise application. Colours can be combined for individual shades. Bake-stable and easy to dose.
