It is important to note that these colourings are specifically designed for surface application and do not mix well with liquid preparations. To achieve the best results, sprinkle or apply the coloring directly to your finished desserts using a slightly damp brush.
Ingredients:Â carriers: potassium aluminium silicate E555, silicon dioxide E551, colourings: iron oxides and iron hydroxides E172, silver E174.
Contains: 5 gr Silver glitter surface colouring
Use: for decorating confectionery and pastries. Apply with a slightly damp brush.
Storage: store away from light, heat and moisture. Do not ingest as is. Do not inhale. No not get in eyes.Â
