Roll out the fondant to a thickness of approx. 3 mm on some baker's starch, place it on the lower part of the silicone embosser, place the upper part on top and press together firmly. Release the embossing, cut out the flower with the cutter and leave to dry in a flower shaper or on the baguette baking tray. Use colored fondant as desired and add realistic accents with powdered paint, dry or mixed with a little alcohol.
