The FunCakes nonpareils are edible sugar pearls in various colours and sizes that give baked goods an elegant, colourful finish. Versatile in use as sprinkle decoration and as a modelling element.
What are nonpareils?
Nonpareils – derived from the French term for "without equal" – are small, round sugar pearls approximately 1 to 1.5 mm in diameter. They lend baked goods, cakes and Pralines not only colourful decorative accents but also a pleasant crunch. FunCakes nonpareils are available in various colours and sizes.
Properties & Application
FunCakes nonpareils are suitable for cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other baked goods. As a sprinkle decoration, they are applied to icing, Buttercream or Fondant, adding colourful, lustrous accents. As a modelling element, they can be used precisely for fine details such as flower centres, eyes or buttons made from Fondant or marzipan.
