Whether for filling and spreading cakes, as a stable topping for cupcakes or as a fine macaron filling - this versatile cream adapts effortlessly to your ideas. One portion is enough to cover a 25 cm cake with two layers of filling. The result is both smooth surfaces and decorative rosettes that visually enhance your creations. The consistency is reminiscent of whipped cream, but is much lighter and particularly pleasant to eat. Preparation is very simple: place 150 g of mix in a bowl with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water and whisk the mixture on a high speed for around 3 minutes. The cream is ready to use. For individual variations, you can use only milk for a particularly creamy texture or only water for a fluffier consistency. Fruit juices, alcoholic drinks, spices, flavor pastes or food coloring can also be easily incorporated. Please note that Enchanted Cream Choco is not suitable for fondant. Sugar decorations should therefore ideally only be applied shortly before serving. Leftover cream can be stored in the fridge for several days or frozen for up to three months.
