Preparation: Rinse the mold with lukewarm water and mild detergent without lye or rinse aid, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not touch the inside, hold it by the edge and polish it with lint-free absorbent cotton. Only use high-quality, tempered couverture; avoid any contact with water. How is it used? Apply make-up from the outside in with tempered couverture or colored cocoa butter; white couverture can be colored with fat-soluble powder colors, beige is made from 1/3 milk and 2/3 white couverture. A brush, sponge or gloved fingers are suitable for application. Brush out the mold completely, remove air bubbles, put the halves together and secure them with clips. Fill, tap, empty and repeat if necessary; chill briefly. Spread the base on baking paper, press into the mold, chill again, then carefully unmold and decorate as desired.
